| Description |
Runtime error - btn32a20.ocx or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered.

| Symptoms |
When trying to enter the application after a fresh install the user receives a runtime error - btn32a20.ocx or one of it's dependencies not correctly registered.

| Cause |
This problem is most likely due to the missing dependency file "ATL.DLL" which needs to be installed and registered on the target PC before btn32a20.ocx can registered.

| Solution |
Distribute "ATL.DLL" to the users Windows\System folder and the re-run the CAR_PRO installation.
